Excellent stuff! I tried eckhart tolle / adyashanti meditation technique once while meditating when I accidentally triggered a panic attack doing 'mindfulness of breath' meditation. I switched to eckhart tolle / adyashanti meditation "allow everything to be as it is, create no mental resistance, surrender to the panic, watch it, feel it, don't think about it, allow it to consume you etc" Anyways the panic attack was a real horrible one but after about 1 minute or so all the sudden it completely changed. I felt amazing!!!! had energy surging all through me, and really intense pleasurable tingle sensations" Felt really really good. Also haven't had a panic attack since and had drastically lowered anxiety for the next 6 months or so.
